- Your doctor prescribes home health for you.
- You need home nursing care or therapy such as physical, occupational or speech therapy.
- You live with a condition that prevents you from safely leaving your home.

At Alliant Home Health, we accept most forms of insurance, and home health is covered 100% by Medicare. We help you navigate your specific insurance plan and coverage and answer any questions you have. Please review our Insurance page for more information.
We consider ourselves your partner in home health care. To that end, we strive to understand the details of your situation in order to properly address your specific needs. On the first visit, an Alliant team member talks through and assesses your needs, including where you might benefit from our services.
Additionally, we work with your family, caregivers and your physician to determine the best course of action and services for your circumstances and home environment.
